Landscape Crew Member

WonderWorks Landscape has been transforming residential landscapes into masterpieces. We are actively seeking passionate landscape professionals to join our dedicated team and contribute to our legacy of delivering outstanding service to our valued clients. Multiple opportunities are available in both our landscape construction and fine gardening divisions, in Westlake Village, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with a dedicated team under the guidance of a crew leader to achieve daily production goals.

• Assist in the installation and care of plant materials, grading, mulching, etc.

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of properties and sites, ensuring they are free of plant debris.

  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Hard-working individuals with a genuine passion for the landscape industry and a desire for a fulfilling career.

• Willingness to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).

• Availability to work some Saturdays during peak seasons.

• Motivated with the ability to work efficiently.

More senior positions require experience and licensing to drive and operate a crew truck and landscape equipment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFIT PACKAGE:

• Hourly wage: $17.00 - $25.00 (rate dependent on experience, licenses, and qualifications).

• Paid Time Off.

• Regular opportunities for education and development relevant to our industry, funded by the company.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Landscape: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
