Our team of expert masons collaborates with dedicated crews and project managers to bring intricate and challenging residential projects to life. Due to our continuous growth, we are actively seeking experienced Masonry Crew Leaders and Crew Members to join our dynamic team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Crew Leaders:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience leading crews
Proficient in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout techniques
Ability to interpret and work from plans
Demonstrated leadership skills, mentoring crew members
Valid driver's license with the capability to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers
Reliability is a crucial attribute
GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Adaptability to work in various weather conditions
Good physical condition, capable of lifting over 40lbs
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE:
Competitive hourly wage: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
We maintain a drug-free workplace and require satisfactory background screening and driving records check
